3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Digital goods or downloadable software.

Items marked as "final sale".

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

Items opened and not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., certain protective gear).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@babetsrepair.com.
7. Repair Services
For repair services provided by Babets LLC:

Service fees are non-refundable once the work has been performed.

If a product repaired by us develops the same issue within the warranty period, we will re-service the item at no additional cost, as per our Service Warranty Policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied after following our return and refund process, you may contact the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection or file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/.
