Repair to Empower
In Collaboration with Local Social and Workforce Reintegration Organizations
At BABET’S, we believe that inclusive technical education can be a powerful tool for economic empowerment. That’s why we actively collaborate with local nonprofits, social inclusion organizations, and vocational reintegration centers to deliver our programs where they are most needed.
Through these partnerships, we provide tailored training modules, repair workshops, and access to quality tools and parts for individuals facing barriers to employment — including long-term job seekers, young people without degrees, and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Our shared goal is to equip participants with marketable repair skills, boost their confidence, and create real opportunities for self-employment or workforce reintegration. Together, we’re building a more resilient, sustainable, and inclusive economy.

A Practical, Empowering Learning Journey
Through our step-by-step repair kits, video tutorials, and live workshops, participants gain the practical skills needed to repair a wide range of electronics and urban mobility devices. This hands-on learning method is designed for immediate application, helping participants build both technical confidence and real employability.
